What is Postnatal 1-2-1 Rehab?
Postnatal 1-2-1 Rehab is individual 1-2-1 sessions with our WomanKind Pelvic Health team which includes rehab-based workouts and at-home exercise planning. Our 1-2-1 Postnatal Physiotherapy service will help your body to recover after the stress of childbirth, allowing you to return to your pre-pregnancy lifestyle.
Who is Postnatal 1-2-1 Rehab for?
Our WomanKind 1-2-1 Rehab service is suitable for women 2-4 weeks postpartum, within the recommendations of your consultant. Those that have had C-sections may require a longer waiting period, or suitable adaptations, before you can begin.

She was so reassuring and gave me a plan for getting rehab and getting back into fitness. Emily is also so lovely to deal with and I really enjoyed our sessions. She is really knowledgeable and you just know you are in safe hands. I used to have regular massages with Hannah and James who were both excellent. I only stopped because we moved out the area. The Diamond package for monthly massages is well worth it. I also went to the baby and me Pilates course, which was really well led with great corrections.
