Clinical Specialist Womens Health Physio & Mummy MOT practitionar

Sarah Titman

I have worked within the specialist area of pelvic health physiotherapy for over 10 years within both the NHS and private practice. I am a strong believer in empowering people with the knowledge and education that they need, so that they can enjoy the things that bring them joy in life. Physiotherapy has a huge role to play in recovery and rehabilitation at various times of life and it’s a privilege to support people in this journey. I use a wide range of skills within my physiotherapy practice and have a specialist interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation; this can be especially important in the post-partum period or peri and post menopause. I have post graduate training in complex pelvic floor dysfunction and more recently in pessary management for pelvic organ prolapse; in addition to scar therapy and being a Mummy MOT® practitioner.
