How Can Mummy MOT Help?

A Mummy MOT addresses a variety of issues that may have developed during pregnancy, labour, or delivery. Pregnancy can be fairly traumatic on the body, and it’s only natural that you’re left with a few scars.

This could include specific musculoskeletal issues such as back or pelvic pain, or other pregnancy-related symptoms such as reduced bladder function, pelvic floor dysfunction, or abdominal tummy muscle separation (DRAM).

Our specialist women’s health Physiotherapists will work with you to help you reach your goals, and address any concerns that may arise during your initial assessment. We’re here to support you through postpartum recovery.

The people contact and education side of helping people feel informed about their bodies and conditions is how I feel we can see better progress and results. It’s a wonderful and really rewarding job.”
