In 2015 I joined Katie Bell Physio and Wellness as a Pilates instructor, after a short time I also started to teach cardio classes, and l love the variety!
As humans we need our bodies to move for our everyday living activities, some of us want our bodies to move more than that and more specifically love to do exercise and sports.

Pilates helps with all of this, freeing your body of aches and pains to helping you improve your sport or keeping you more injury free when exercising.

In my younger years I started going to the gym and was trying different types of exercise modalities and I loved the strength and freedom it gave my body as well as my mind, loved it so much i trained as an exercise teacher in exercise to music, and then personal trainer and have never looked back!

I love people! Seeing clients come into class, and at times a little ‘broken’ but then seeing them start their journey of becoming more agile, aches and pains reduced, more smiley and happier is the absolute best feeling for me, and all of us here at Katie Bell Physio & Wellness.

Outside of work its always usually time spent around my family, and try and get to the gym at least twice a week just for myself.

I love music and am a very enthusiastic singer and dancer around the house which occasionally flows over into a visit to the supermarket much to the kids disappointment!
