Physiotherapy-led Pilates for people who are in pain, injured or simply want to improve their strength, balance and flexibility.
Whether you're managing an old injury, feeling stiffer than you used to, or simply want to stay strong and active as you get older, our small-group Pilates programme gives you expert guidance and the confidence that you're exercising safely.
Apply to join our Pilates membership and, if we're the right fit, we'll invite you to experience a class for just £10.
Why do we ask you to apply?
Our Pilates isn't designed as a drop-in exercise class.
We work with a membership model because we want to help you exercise consistently, progress safely and actually see a difference in how you move and feel.
Our classes are intentionally kept small, so spaces in individual classes are limited.
Complete the short application below and one of our team will give you a call to:
- Understand what you'd like help with
- Make sure our Pilates is suitable for you
- Discuss which classes currently have availability
- Invite you to a £10 Pilates Experience if we're the right fit

Why Physio-led Pilates at Katie Bell Physiotherapy & Wellness is different
Not all Pilates is created equal.
You could join a Pilates class almost anywhere.
But if you’ve had pain, an injury, or simply want the confidence that you’re exercising safely, who is guiding your movement matters.
At Katie Bell Physiotherapy, every class is designed and overseen by specialist physiotherapists who understand how the body moves, why injuries occur and how to help you become stronger, more mobile and more resilient.
This isn’t about following the person at the front of the room.
It’s about exercising with the confidence that every exercise has a purpose, every progression is considered, and every class is backed by clinical expertise.
Because our goal isn’t just to help you enjoy Pilates.
It’s to help you keep doing the things you love for years to come.
“Can I Just Come To Classes Ad-hoc?”
One thing that makes us different is that we don't run drop-in Pilates sessions.
That's why we work on a membership model.
We've found that the people who achieve the biggest improvements are the people who attend consistently.
It's about helping you build a routine that supports your health for years to come.
