If you’re attending a Physiotherapy appointment of Pilates class for the first time, we’re sure you’ve got some questions. We hope to answer some of your questions here or elsewhere on the site. We offer physiotherapy, Pilates, rehabilitation, strength & conditioning personal training, acupuncture, pelvic health physiotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and massage services — all under one roof to support your full recovery and long-term health.
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us — just call, email, or book online.
You can book online through our website, call our clinic, or email our team. We’re happy to help you find the right appointment.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in — like gym gear or stretchy trousers. If you’re coming for physio, we might ask you to remove a layer so we can assess the area properly. If you would prefer not to underdress, this is no problem. If you are coming for a running assessment, please bring your trainers.
Initial physio appointments are usually 60 minutes. Follow-ups are 30 minutes. Pilates and group sessions vary between 45 and 60 minutes.
Yes! Our team is experienced in treating all kinds of joint, muscle, and movement problems — from back and neck pain to knees, shoulders, and everything in between.
We treat the root cause, not just the symptoms. Our team works together to create a personalised plan, so you get better results that last. We also understand that life is busy and taking home a sheet of exercises is not what you need!

Absolutely. We specialise in women’s health and offer antenatal and postnatal physio and Pilates to help you feel strong, supported, and confident again. You can find out more here:
Yes! Our classes are small and led by experts. We tailor the session to your level and help you build confidence at your own pace. We usually recommend starting in a beginners class or we can organise a 1:1 session to build confidence first.

We just ask for 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 50%.
Yes — we have free on-site parking for clients.
Yes, wherever possible. Continuity matters to us, so we aim to keep you with the same therapist or instructor throughout your journey.
We usually have appointments available within a few days. If you need urgent help, let us know — we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Physio focuses on diagnosing and treating pain or injury. Pilates is a low-impact exercise that builds strength, improves posture, and helps prevent problems coming back. They work brilliantly together.

Yes — we have on-site equipment and space for strength and conditioning as part of your recovery. During our rapid recovery program we take you in the gym as part of your treatment.

It’s a form of Pilates done on a spring-based machine. It strengthens, stretches, and supports your body through controlled movements.

As soon as your consultant allows. Early rehab helps speed up your recovery. We can guide you at each stage and we find the sooner you come and see us, the better the recovery.
