Who is Postnatal 1-2-1 Rehab for?
Our WomanKind 1-2-1 Rehab service is suitable for women 2-4 weeks postpartum, within the recommendations of your consultant. Those that have had C-sections may require a longer waiting period, or suitable adaptations, before you can begin.

Come ready to workout!
Your initial appointment will include time to discuss your concerns, goals, and your medical history so that we can create a plan to suit your recovery. Come to your appointment wearing suitable workout clothing and trainers if appropriate for your exercise plan.

Our WomanKind Prenatal 1-2-1 Rehab service helps you maintain an active lifestyle throughout your pregnancy in a safe, healthy environment whilst also receiving a tailored work out programme to aid any concerns you may have. The service includes rehab-based workouts and at home workout exercise planning. Our 1-2-1 Prenatal Physiotherapy service aids women throughout their whole pregnancy to ensure they can continue to live their life as similarly as they used to before pregnancy.
