Rehabilitation is a marathon not a sprint. Our services are led by specialists who understand your conditions and know how to help you to get the most out of your sessions. Each service is designed to help you to invest in your wellbeing during this time in an ultra-supportive environment that pushes you to get the most out of your body and its unique, individual needs.

Jungle Gym Rehab Room Services
At KB Physio & Wellness we offer a range of services that not only help you move and feel better, but keep you fit and well to allow you to do things you want to do. Our Jungle Gym rehab space offers the opportunity for our highly trained Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists to work 121 or in small groups to help you to fast-track results. 121 Sessions
Our specialist clinical led 121 sessions provide you with personalised, focussed support and guidance to help you to reach your goals and recover from a range of conditions.
Personal Training and Performance 121
Our 121 personal training and performance sessions are designed with your personal needs and goals in mind.
Here’s how a personal training and performance session can help you:
- Achieve a new personal best in your favourite sport without risking injury.
- Learn to lift confidently in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
- Reduce risks associated with osteoporosis.
- Feel stronger & improve your fitness without needing to set foot in a gym.
- Recover from an injury in a safe way that is personalised to you.
- Kick start a new health program, really helpful if you feel like you are stuck in a rut.
Reformer Pilates 121
Our 121 reformer Pilates sessions are led by specialist physiotherapists who will tailor the whole session specifically to your goals, needs and ability levels.
Here’s how Reformer Pilates can help you:
- Post operation. Gradually reintroduce exercise and movement in a way that is effective for you, allowing us to streamline your return to activity in a safe and controlled way.
- Pre operation. Prepare optimally for surgery to improve recovery outcomes and timelines.
- Pregnancy and Post Natal. Manage pregnancy-related back or pelvis pain, build strength throughout your pregnancy journey to recover quicker post-natal. Post-natally we will rebuild core strength, alongside addressing DRAM and pelvic floor strength in a way specific to you.
- Prolapse. We will work on strengthening whilst reducing the impact and load on your pelvic floor through personalised reformer Pilates exercises. You can work while lying down to reduce pelvic floor pressure, or continue impact exercise at a lower intensity.
- Chronic pain. The reformer is able to reduce the pressure of your body-weight on your joints and enable you to work on building strength and mobility in a pain-free way.
Small Group Classes
Our small group rehab classes are led by specialist Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists, providing you with the confidence, expert guidance, and exercises to help you get back to doing the hobbies and activities that you love.
BACK to Fitness
If you’ve been struggling with ongoing back pain and nothing seems to work, join our BACK to fitness classes. Work 3:1 with our Sports Therapist to build a stronger back for the future.
PREHAB Joint Class
Are you awaiting a hip or knee replacement? Join our Clinical Specialist Physio in our PREHAB class, where you’ll work 3:1 on specific exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility—helping to ensure your operation is a success.
Post-Surgery Hip or Knee Recovery
If you’ve had hip or knee surgery and want to get back to moving pain-free, these small group sessions will guide you through a tailored circuit of exercises to rebuild strength and improve balance
Strength Class
Full body focused session, combining strength training, cardio conditioning and functional movements to improve fitness, increase performance and injury prevention.
