Here’s Why Pilates Should Be One Of Your New Year’s Resolutions
With the festivities of Christmas now over, and most likely a few extra pounds gained, it’s time for a lot of us to start considering our resolutions and goals for 2020. If this is you, then we would love to suggest that you consider including at least one Pilates class each week in this upcoming year. Not only is Pilates amazing in and off itself for your physical and mental wellbeing, but it will also play a supporting role to all your other goals in 2020.
