We’ll start with a full assessment with your clinical specialist physiotherapist to understand what they’re struggling with, or worried about. We’ll do some specific tests which will give us a baseline, and talk through goals and lifestyle, then come up with a simple, clear plan to get them back on track and prioritising themselves.
