I have been working as a physio since 2023 after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University. Since then, I have worked in clinical practice at Katie Bell Physiotherapy and Sheffield Rugby Club, as well as completing my Sport Medicine masters at Leeds Beckett University. Over this time I have developed my musculoskeletal therapy, Pilates, and rehabilitation skills.
I really enjoy helping people find the cause of their injuries, using exercise, personalised rehabilitation and Pilates to help achieve their goals.
I am extremely sporty myself, so love working with people who care about their health and bodies during exercise and share the same want for moving my body and keeping it in the best condition. I love to be encouraging during sessions whilst making sure there is an element of fun and enjoyment.

Hobbies/ talents
I love all sport and have reached world top 100 on the professional world squash tour prior to attending university. This means I have been lucky enough to visit a lot of the world and experience many cultures. Playing squash at this level has also meant I have experienced my fair share of injuries (my body is particularly fond of ankle injuries!!), as-well as understanding the demands on the body and mentally during competition. I also still play hockey weekly for a Sheffield club and previously was chairwoman of my university hockey club. I also like to use my free time to run and go to the gym.
I am extremely social and love spending time with my friends, walking my (very cute) dog, finding new places to eat or go for coffee, going to the pub and doing fun things.
