Hi I’m Sol. I love Pilates! Pilates to me is all about making your body Strong, Flexible, Functional and Comfortable. The beauty of Pilates is that it can be challenging for everyone, be it your first lesson or your thousandth! I love how it requires concentration and control and teaches you so much about how your body moves and works.

The best part of teaching Pilates for me is seeing my clients move more freely and seeing them grow in confidence in their bodies. I recommend Pilates to EVERYONE!

I personally discovered Pilates after having my 2nd child, at the time I was doing very little exercise and it was effecting my health and my mood. I quickly fell in love with the Pilates method and loved how it made my body feel. I had never considered a career in fitness  until I started practising Pilates. Since qualifying as a Pilates Instructor I have found my passion in teaching other women what their bodies can do.

Outside of Pilates I work as a Marketing Consultant. I am married and a mummy to a girl and a boy. I love fitness, especially High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). I am an amateur cook at home and love trying new recipes (luckily my family enjoy my cooking). Our favourite place to holiday as a family is South of France which we go to every year.
