Sarah-Lou is a wife, mum of two, and Pilates Instructor/Personal Trainer. Her passion for fitness and health started in her teens so much so she wanted to teach and encourage others to achieve their goals and feel better. Health and fitness and the people I look after provide me with a life enriching journey. Sarah-Lou teaches our Thursday lunchtime class and the Friday morning cardio. She is a very patient, knowledgeable and caring instructor.
