I’ve been working at Katie Bell Physio since 2015 as Pilates Instructor/Personal Trainer. My passion for fitness and health started in my teens so much so that I wanted to teach and encourage others to achieve their goals and feel better. Health and fitness and the people I look after provide me with a life enriching journey. I have 28 years teaching exercise in some form, working in gyms, and teaching various classes.

I love helping people any way that I can achieve their goals to the best of my ability. I get motivated by the enthusiasm of Katie Bell and the whole team because we’re always moving forward and growing, which in turn helps me grow as an instructor!

I have experience helping and teaching NLP, Kettlebells, indoor cycling, pump fix, boxercise, suspension training, power-plate, and pre & postnatal exercise.

Hobbies, Hidden Talents & More Info

Outside of Katie Bell I like to take part in my own gym/cardio sessions. I also love being outside in nature, meeting with family and friends and all the interesting visits to places and then trying different things that that brings!

I’m wife of Tony, mum of Evan and Daisy, who make me smile, laugh out aloud, and occasionally cry. My mum is one of the most gentle, kindest, but one of the strongest women I know and love dearly. I have a group of girls who are strong, beautiful women who I love spending time with – they are so uplifting and nourishing to be around. As you can probably tell I’m all about the people around me. I’m also practicing to be a 5th Dimension Earth Verified Healer – after all, I believe everything is energy!
