I’m Paula and I am a Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher here. I love to teach the art of yoga, because I know how beneficial it is not only to the body but the whole self. Yoga has this magical quality of de-stressing, relaxing, strengthening, stretching and healing.
Aside from yoga and mindfulness, I love to go walking, biking, and running too. I also have a very creative side and enjoy many creative activities and spending time with my husband and two children.
