Yoga Teacher

Yoga has been a part of my life on and off since my early twenties, and my practice has helped me grow strong in body and mind on and off the mat.  Yoga inspires me to live each moment mindfully, and it’s been a great stress reliever in my life, and I felt I could help others too to find calm in their busy lives through yoga.  Therefore I decided quite late on in life to become a yoga teacher, and I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with yoga Alliance in March 2019.

I love teaching Vinyasa flow, which both mentally and physically as many benefits, coordinating movement with the breath can help you gain presence of mind as well as strength and flexibility.
