HELEN FIELDS
Personal Trainer

Helen was born in Sheffield but has lived in Hull, London, Cadiz and Ecuador, and travelled to lots of wonderful places, meeting local people and understanding more about the amazing world we live in.  Helen is a French / Spanish graduate who worked for 8 years in the charity sector helping people to raise money for the NSPCC and ActionAid through their running and challenge events. Helen took part in these events herself and so her love for running began!

After having children, Helen moved back to Sheffield and made her passion for exercise her new career. Helen works part time as a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor and enjoys sharing her knowledge of movement with clients. She has a holistic approach to health, understanding the importance of sleep, nutrition and stress on the body and mind. Helen is always learning and challenging herself.  She is a Biomechanics Coach and training for next running event. Expect energy, optimism, laughter and a challenging workout in your Monday Beginners Cardio Pilates class!  Outside work Helen enjoys time with her young family and working on her gymnastics, running and yoga.
