Hi! My name is Helen Everatt. I am Certified Nutrition Coach. I am passion is food and nutrition, I love to coach clients 1-2-1 and educate people on nutrition, mindfulness and the power of habit. Having been an overweight teen and adult, I can fully appreciate the difficulty that is fat-loss, and the confusing messages we are bombarded with in how to achieve this. I passionately believe that people can lose excess body fat in a healthy, nutritious way, and furthermore, keep it off for life.
Prior to a career change to Nutrition Coaching, I used my counselling qualifications working for various charities in and out of custody, resettling offenders and working with those with homelessness and substance misuse issues. I keep a foot in the door of the charity sector, as a trustee of Grow, a local charity training marginalised and vulnerable young people with employment skills.
I am married and a mum to two little boys and stepmum to a teenage girl. We live locally in Whirlow. In my spare time I love working out and coming to Katie Bell, my current favourite classes are Barre and Power Pilates. I have just taken up running, which a few years ago I would never have imagined I’d be doing, let alone enjoy it! I love cooking, eating, socialising, hosting parties and events and I’m currently writing a book about fat loss. My favourite place to be is the beach, on holiday in the sunshine with my husband and children!
