I’m Dilly and I work in the massage team and run Wednesday morning’s cardio pilates class. I am currently finishing off my masters degree in physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam, with a previous degree from Lougborough University in Human Biology. I am passionate about helping people to achieve what they want to out of life, whether it’s to reduce their pain, increase their mobility or simply overcome any other challenges that face them. The human body has always fascinated me with its ability to heal, adapt and change, and I am an avid believer in physical activity for health and overall well-being. My Sundays are spent working pitchside for the ladies down at SRUFC, but in my spare time I like to keep myself fit in the gym and go for walks in the peaks with my family and our cockapoo, Elvis.
My favourite part of my role is working together as a team, with clients, to help manage their symptoms and get them to where they want to be.
My top three words to describe me are: Determined. Kind. Encouraging
