I’m Dayle and I’m a 200-hour qualified yoga teacher, specialising in Vinyasa style, having studied at Frame Academy London.
I’ve recently returned to Sheffield with my young family, after 12 years in London (including over two in Sydney), and I am teaching on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Katie Bell Physiotherapy and Wellness.
With a strong personal practice and appreciation for the balance between the Yin and Yang of yoga, my teaching focuses on dynamic yet graceful sequences, delivered in a fun and light way.
Yoga slowly crept into my life and for years kept tempting me back to the mat, however it wasn’t until I was pregnant with my son that I developed a huge appreciation for my body and what yoga has done for me, and wanted to share the magic that happens on (and off) the mat. I believe yoga is for everybody and everyone’s body, and for that reason yoga can be the perfect place to find a little time, space and room for ourselves.
