About Dayle Hill
I’ve been working at Katie Bell Physio since 2019 and I’m a 200-hour qualified yoga teacher, having studied at Frame Academy London. I specialise in Vinyasa yoga but also teach Pre/Postnatal and Yin. With a strong personal practice and appreciation for the balance between the Yin and Yang of yoga, my teaching focuses on dynamic yet graceful sequences, delivered in a fun and light way.
I love my job – it gives me a great feeling knowing that coming to class may be the nicest thing clients have done for themselves/best part of their day/week. Through yoga, I have the privilege of delivering that feeling. The clients at Katie Bell Physio definitely make it the fab place that it is.
I’ve trained with some of the most respected teachers and schools in the industry, as well as teaching at various studios across London before moving north and joining the Katie Bell team.
Yoga slowly crept into my life and for years kept tempting me back to the mat, however it wasn’t until I was pregnant with my son that I developed a huge appreciation for my body and what yoga has done for me, and wanted to share the magic that happens on (and off) the mat. I believe yoga is for everybody and everyone’s body, and for that reason yoga can be the perfect place to find a little time, space and room for ourselves.

Hobbies, Hidden Talents & More Info
Out of work I adore hanging out with my little boys. They’re absolutely the best company. Travel is a huge part of my life too – being somewhere (anywhere!) new – I’m happiest when I have a new venture planned. I’m generally an active person. I love walking around the coast, countryside, and even the city. Walking is definitely the best way to explore, get a clear head and feel inspired. I like home interior design – we’re currently doing up our Edwardian home.
Yoga is my job but it’s also my passion. I love to keep learning my trade and growing my knowledge and skillset.
After years living in London and overseas I’ve finally settled back in my home city with my family, putting my ‘other day job’ of Travel PR into part-time mode.
As a kid I wanted to be a gymnast, a nurse, an athlete, a Spice Girl – the list goes on. As an adult I want to be a pilot!
My hidden talent is I’m very efficient at packing a suitcase in record time!
