I consider myself fit and healthy. I eat my 5 a day. I drink minimal caffeine and alcohol. I exercise regularly and have a healthy BMI. So why do I need to do cleanse. Firstly appearances are deceptive although the above are true I love sweet food and having returned from a holiday in Cornwall I am filled with clotted cream and cider! Lastly balancing the demands of work and family means I’m working to full capacity. I’m doing this to put my body first and to break my bad habits- wish me luck!
