I have been working for Katie Bell since 2018. I have been teaching fitness classes for ten years and Pilates for six years. I am passionate about helping people be the best they can be, and I love Pilates. Following a lower back injury in 2017, I personally understand the benefits of Pilates for everybody including for rehabilitation purposes. I also love how Pilates can be a challenge regardless of experience and fitness level. I thrive on meeting people in class and watching them improve week after week. I value the community feel during classes, which is something I am proud to be a part of.

Hobbies, Hidden Talents, and More Info
I am a University Lecturer in Psychology and Education, have two dogs and love teaching my higher intensity fitness classes in the evenings!
I am passionate about psychoeducation and have lived experience of and have led the development of resources for children with neurodisabilities such as Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) that are now used nationwide in various NHS Trusts, councils, charities, and schools.
I am interested/slightly obsessed(!) with dog training, agility and obedience and enjoy taking one of my dogs to regular obedience classes to learn more. I also enjoy taking the dogs out for walks in the countryside with my husband, running with the younger pup and take great pleasure in putting my feet up at the weekend! After all, I am a big believer in the importance of rest, recuperation, a healthy work-life balance, and yummy food!
