Processed Food

‘Do your prep’ I commute for part of my job and quickly noticed how little choice I had if I needed to grab a snack from a shop or café. From my experience during this cleanse 95% of the readily available foods surrounding me were processed, high in sugar or fat. Although I knew this, after all I had been in and out of these shops for years but it struck me how hard it was to easily access the food I needed. I had to become prepared I couldn’t rely on the convenience around me. I loved raw almonds, fresh fruit or carrots. What’s your favourite clean snack?
