Mini retreat day – invigorating Pilates session, a soothe and restore stretch session, DIY home pamper package to restore balance in life.

Booty kick – Fitness retreat day with core/pilates session, ballet/dance/cardio session, stretch/release  complemented off with refuel from Nourish!

‘Perfectly Poised’

A 2 hour Ballet inspired Barre-method and Pilates master class to get you feeling ballet beautiful.

Perfect for those wanting an in depth taster of what these methods can do for you whether you want to try it out or boost your current practice.  The workshop will be concluded with a detoxifying tea and a peppermint scented cool towel. You will leave feeling energised, toned and perfectly poised.
